practice schedule change 7/22 & 7/23

Due to Age Group Champs this weekend, the practice schedule for Thursday, July 22nd, and Friday, July 23rd, has been slightly changed:

Thursday, 7/22: NO MORNING PRACTICE AT QUINCE ORCHARD--Please attend the evening practice at MC-Rockville that night from 7:30-9:00pm instead.

Friday, 7/23: NO MORNING PRACTICE AT QUINCE ORCHARD--Please attend the morning practice at North Creek from 6:00-7:30am instead.
