Junior Development May 2010
Summer Prep Session
May 10th – June 18th
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5-6pm
• Ages 7-12
• 2-3 practices per week
• Focus on technique and speed in preparation for summer league,starts, turns, finishes & overall stroke mechanics. (Special focus on 8 & U flip turns aging up to 9/10 age group)
Training site:
MC Rockville only
Cost:
$195 per swimmer for current TIBU swimmers
(Early Bird discount $175 if registered and paid by March 31st)
$125 per swimmer until Memorial Day only (based on availability)
$225 all others based on availability after April 2nd
Registration:
Current swimmers have until March 31st to reserve a spot during advanced registration period. After March 31st, we will have open registration based on availability while spaces last for all swimmers at full price.You will receive an invoice after registering online that you can pay online, charge to a credit card on file, or mail to our office with a check payment.

• Focus on year- round long term training.

May 10th – 28th: M, T, W, Th 7-9pm, Fri 3:30-5pm @ MCR
June 1st – 18th: M, W 7-9pm @ MCR; T, Th, Fri 5-6:30am @QO
June 21st -July 30th: M,T,W,F 5:30-7:30am @ North Creek LC
plus T & Th 7-9pm@ MCR
Note: PM at MCR is based on a new program with minimum numbers met. If not met, another location would be substituted in Gaithersburg area.

PVS LC Senior /Age Group I & II June 13 & 27
PVS LC Senior / Junior Champs July 15-18
Cost:
$675 includes meet entries
(Early Bird discount $600 if registered and paid by March 31st)

June 1st – 18th M,W 7:30-9pm @ MCR; T, Th, Fri 5-6:30am @QO
June 21st -July 30th
