Senior Prep

Overview: The Senior Prep group focuses on stroke technique and provides moderate training.  This program is appropriate for swimmers looking to improve High School or Summer League performance or to reach fitness goals.  This program is also a great option for swimmers who wish to compete, but do not wish to focus on swimming year-round to the exclusion of other intensive sports and activities.

Target Meet(s): meets optional, but recommended


Program Basics: 

Two Programs: Full Senior Prep (choose from 7 weekly workouts; swimmer can attend different days each week) and Two-Day Senior Prep (2 specific practices, no substitutions)

Focus on technique and speed in preparation for summer league and high school meets 

Ages 13 and up 

Must be legal in 3 of 4 strokes  

Practice 2-4 times per week   

TIBU cap and t-shirt 


2010-11 Session Dates:

First session: September 20 — December 31

Second session: January 3 — May 7

Summer session: May 9 — July 29
