Junior Competition Summer Program 2008

Begins: Monday May 5th
Ends: Friday July 25th
12 week program
Ages 9-12
Unlimited practices through the end of school
3 practices per week after school ends
Focus on goal setting, developing diverse
stroke abilities, good practice habits, and
quality stroke mechanics.

Training site:
Georgetown Prep in May,
QO in June & July

Meets:
Just Swim Again LC Derby at GMU May 17-18
Maryland States at RMSC May 30 - June 1

Cost:
$600 includes meet entry fees
Early bird discount $570 due by April 5th
Or payments of $300 on May 1st and June 15th

Maximum group size: 24 participants

Although we recommend a complete summer training schedule for our competition groups; for those few who cannot participate for the entire summer
we will have a “May only” program which includes 2 swim meets for $250 if space allows. Let me know that you are interested in this option and I will confirm a spot after April 15th.
