Senior Competition Summer Program 2008

Begins: Monday May 5th
Ends: Friday July 25th
12 week program
Ages 13 & up
5 practices per week plus 2 bonus evenings
Participation in meets required
Focus on goal setting, training cycles,
& overall stroke mechanics

Training site:
Georgetown Prep in May through end of school,
TBD in June & July

Meets:
Just Swim Again LC Derby at GMU May 17-18
Maryland States at RMSC May 30 - June 1
LC Champs at UMD July 10-13

Cost:
$750 includes meet entry fees
Early bird discount $710 due by April 5th
Or payments of $375 on May 1st and June 15th (requires cc on file)
Returning College Student Discount $600
